IDT have developed a series of high quality linear slides with varying travel ranges
from 25mm up to 150mm in 25mm increments. The unique feature of these slides is the
extremely low pitch errors of the order of <10µrad per 10mm linear travel. Other
parasitic angular errors are equally impressive with yaw errors of the order of <10µrad
per 10mm linear travel.
The slides have excellent positional repeatability <1µm plus many other features:-
