IDT have developed a novel medium-length KB mirror system for the Dynamic Compression Sector (DCS) at the APS. The system is an evolution of our highly successful Small KB Mirror system and features trapezoidal mirrors in a two-moment elliptical bender for sub-μm focusing, with a 840mm length horizontal mirrors allowing the full APS horizontal source size to be captured and focused.
